Shareholding Position Inquiry

Itaú account holders may check their shareholding position through Bankline by following the path below:

Menu > Investments > Investment Statement > Product > Shares Registered by Itaú > Transaction Statement

For requests related to shareholding position inquiries, shareholding history, payment statements or income statements, shareholders may use the Itaú service channels listed on this page.

Instructions for the Payment of Proceeds

Shareholders whose shares are held in custody at B3 will receive their proceeds in accordance with the procedures adopted by their respective custodians or brokerage firms.

Shareholders registered in the Company’s shareholder records whose registration information is up to date will have the amounts credited to the bank account indicated in their registration.

Shareholders with pending registration matters or who need to update their information must complete the registration update through one of the channels below.

Access the Itaú app and follow the path below:

Menu > Investments > Investor Area > Share Registration Services > Registration Update

• Itaú Unibanco Branches

Registration information may also be updated at any Itaú Unibanco branch.

For assistance, shareholders must provide the duly signed Registration Form, an identification document including CPF, proof of residence and proof of ownership of the bank account, in accordance with the documentation required by Itaú.
